TIMS November Meeting & AGM, Saturday 7th November 2015

The next TIMS event is the November Meeting and AGM on Saturday 7th November 2015 at Enginuity. If any members fancy getting more involved in the running side of TIMS, this is the meeting to volunteer your services. Depending on who volunteers to do what, or perhaps how many, will depend on how many positions are available. There is an idea to split up and rename the roles so each position is more clearly defined and has far less to do, hopefully making the positions more appealing. Currently there's the Meccanuity Assistant position vacant, but there will be at least one other. More on this in the latest newsletter, due on your doormat or in your email inbox soon.

Don't forget folks, 2015 marks 75 years since the Battle of Britain in the summer and early autumn of 1940, and as an extra aside to the November meeting, to commemorate this we are looking to gather together as many Meccano Spitfire and Hurricane models as we can. Models can be either the Meccano Spitfire set models from several years back now, or your own creations, either large or small.
